Do I need to be home during the valet?
Yes, we kindly ask that someone is home during your appointment, as we’ll need access to the vehicle and to both electricity and water to carry out the service to our highest standard.
What is valeting?
Valeting is the professional cleaning, enhancement, and protection of a vehicle’s interior and exterior. Unlike a basic car wash, valeting involves a meticulous, multi-stage process using high-quality tools and products to restore your vehicle’s appearance to a near-showroom finish. At The Deluxe Standard, we focus on luxury-level results from deep interior shampooing and steam cleaning to advanced exterior decontamination and long-lasting protection.​
What are the benefits of car valeting?

Do you valet all types of vehicles?
Our services are exclusively tailored for cars. We do not currently offer valeting for vans, motorbikes, or other vehicle types ensuring we maintain our high standards and attention to detail for each car we treat.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This helps reserve your appointment slot and ensure our availability for your service. The deposit is deducted from the final price on the day of your valet.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel your appointment, but please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the slot can be offered to someone else. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance servers?
Not at the moment, but a monthly maintenance plan is expected to launch shortly after our Reading expansion. Stay tuned for updates, spaces will be limited.
